Epson WorkForce DS-32000 A3 Duplex Sheet-fed Document Scanner

Durable, high-speed scanning
The DS-32000 is designed to scan at speeds of up to 80 ppm / 180 ipm. With a 120-sheet Automatic Document Feeder for A4 media and a high daily duty cycle of up to 40,000 pages, this scanner brings a great deal of reliability to the table.

High quality image
With built-in functions to improve colour production, the scanner can also remove crease marks, reduce bleed-through and even select background colours based on the paper type.

6.85 cm (2.7”) colour LCD
Equipped with a large screen size of 6.85 cm (2.7”), users get a clear display of jobs at a glance. Users can even view and assign up to 30 jobs at a time on the panel. Operate the scanner easily using push scan functions and change the settings directly from the panel without using a PC.

Automatic-size recognition
Place documents of different sizes (up to A3) in the middle of the feeding tray and the DS-32000 will automatically detect and scan everything in the right size, all in a single batch.

Diverse media handling with flexible scanning modes
With Epson’s smart design, the DS-32000 is able to scan in sizes up to A3 on a wide range of media with thicknesses of up to 413 g/m² and lengths of up to 5,588 mm.

Scanning passports with a special carrier sheet will be automatically detected
by the scanners when using Manual Feed mode. This mode can also be used
to stitch A2 documents and documents with post-its.

User-friendly features

Automatic feeding mode
The Automatic Feeding Mode enables large volumes of documents to be scanned seamlessly in an instant. In addition, this mode allows you to scan documents one at a time without needing to arrange them by size and they will be saved into a single PDF.

Double feed detection skip function
Activate the Double Feed detection Skip function to scan documents with stickers and labels.

Paper protection function
With automatic stop upon detection of abnormal paper feeding or stapled/folded paper, you decrease and prevent damage to your important documents.

Epson Scan 2

Text enhancement
Improves text recognition when scanning documents, whether in colour, greyscale or black-and-white. Removes background for better clarity, which is especially useful for double-sided printed documents.

Document skew correction
Automatically adjusts and straightens scanned images.

Colour enhancement and colour dropout
Remove or enhance the visibility of ink signatures such as “Confidential” and “Urgent” stamps. Users can pick one of the preset colours (red, green, blue, pink, purple, yellow, orange or all colours except black) or even use the custom settings to drop out or enhance up to 5 colours of their preference with a single scan. Up to 10 preset colours can be saved to be used again.

PDF features for added convenience
The built-in OCR enables searchable PDF files. Secure PDF files by setting a password to prevent unauthorised viewing, editing or printing.

Document Management

Document Capture Pro*
Easily scan, view, edit, save and transfer scanned documents. The software recognises barcodes, characters and blank pages in scanned documents for batch separation. It allows users to create up to 30 custom job settings along with the option to assign shortcuts of the scan jobs to the scanner’s operation panel - in order to simplify the scan workflow. With the built-in OCR capability, searchable PDF files can be created and documents can be saved as editable Microsoft Office format files. In addition, devices and documents can be password-secured by locating and tracking documents using the Advanced Log function.

Document Capture Pro Server**

Document Capture Pro Server helps centralise scanning and manage a whole fleet of scanners without having to install drivers on individual computers.
