Summary:

Seeking a dynamic sales professional with 2–3 years of experience in Interactive Flat Panel Display (IFPD) and Projector sales within the Education segment. The role involves driving business growth through new customer acquisition, account management, relationship building, and promotion of visual display solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing customer accounts, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, delivering training programs, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a superior customer experience across schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by selling IFPDs, Projectors, and Visual Display solutions to schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions across the assigned territory.

• Generate new business opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, and manage key accounts to maximize revenue and market penetration.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and training programs to educate customers and showcase product capabilities.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including customer engagement, solution selling, proposal preparation, negotiation, and business planning.

• Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, system integrators, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, customer satisfaction, and timely issue resolution.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate visual display solutions that enhance learning environments and support digital education initiatives.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to strengthen Epson's market position and achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Experience:

2–3 years of relevant experience in IFPD, Projector, Visual Display Solutions, Education Technology (EdTech), B2B sales, account management, business development, or solution-based selling within the Education segment.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, developing account-specific strategies, achieving sales targets, and delivering a superior customer experience across corporate, SME, and institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive MPS business growth by acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting subscription-based print solutions across the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute account management strategies to retain customers, increase business volume, and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including customer engagement, solution selling, proposal development, negotiation, and business planning.
• Collaborate with partners, system integrators, and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
• Identify customer needs, recommend cost-optimization and workflow improvement solutions, and strengthen Epson's value proposition.
• Monitor business performance, market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous business improvement and achieve revenue targets.

Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience in Managed Print Services (MPS), B2B sales, account management, business development, or solution-based selling.
