L-Series printers

Cost Per Print(CPP)

Total Colour Cost Per Print - 18 Paise (CMY) + 7 Paise (K) = 25 Paise. Cost Per Print (CPP) is calculated based on quoted Page Yield for Black (4,500 pages) and Composite (Cyan/Magenta/Yellow - 7,500 Pages) ink bottles, and MRP of Epson ink bottles. Quoted yields are based on the ISO 24711/24712 patterns of mixed text and colour graphics with Epson methodology. Quoted yields are based on the replacement ink bottles purchased. Part of the ink from the included bottles is used for printer startup so yields could be lower than those of replacement ink bottles. Actual yields vary due to reasons including images printed, print settings, temperature and humidity. Yields may be lower when printing infrequently or predominantly with one ink colour. Ink is used for both printing and printhead maintenance. All inks are used for both black and colour printing. Quoted CPP applicable for L5190, L3156, L3150, L3116, L3115, L3110, L1110.

Cost per print for M series is calculated based on quoted yield of 6,000 (Black) pages and MRP of Epson Ink Bottle. Quoted yields are extrapolated based on Epson original methodology from the print structure provided in ISO/IEC 19752. Quoted yields are based on the replacement ink bottles purchased. Part of the ink from the included bottles is used for printer startup so yields could be lower than those of replacement ink bottles. Actual yields vary due to reasons including images printed, print settings, temperature and humidity. Yields may be lower when printing infrequently or predominantly with one ink colour. Ink is used for both printing and printhead maintenance.

Upto 30X power saving

Comparison models in the SFP and MFP (3-in-1) categories were selected from among the top-selling 50% of A4 monochrome laser printers (below 20ppm class) listed in the IDC Worldwide Quarterly Hardcopy Peripherals Tracker 2018Q3 data FY17 results. Each model’s TEC value was tested by third-party test laboratory (ENERGY STAR® lab) to compare per-page electricity consumption and average maximum electricity consumption. TEC values and maximum electricity consumption reflect third-party test laboratory (ENERGY STAR® lab) results; per-page values were determined using the TEC calculation conditions. Based on ENERGY STAR® test standards, values were tested and calculated by Epson at 105 pages per day for M1100/ET-M1100 series, and at 200 pages per day for the M2140/ET-M2140 series. Actual energy consumption may vary according to printer operating conditions. TEC values are based on Energy Star ver.2.0.

Upto 85% less CO2 generation as compared to laser printers

Annual CO2 output calculations were based on JEMAI-LCA Pro, Cedar tree CO2 absorption calculations were based on Japan Forestry Agency standards of 8.8kg CO2 per annum per tree.

Power consumption of 20W

All A4/A3 Monochrome & Color Electro-photographic models with outputs of 100 ppm or less (excluding Digital Front End) which are posted on energystar.gov as of May 14, 2021. Typical electricity consumption (TEC) for Epson inkjet printers in SOHO/SMB/Enterprise category are calculated by Epson based on the ENERGY STAR® TEC test method criteria. Electricity consumption will vary according to the customer printer use. TEC (Typical Electricity Consumption) refers to the power consumption for one week (5 days when operation and sleep/off are repeated + 2 days when sleep/off is repeated) assuming the use of a standard printer usage in the office. Below is the list of products which are within the range of 20W along with their print speed.
