What is Epson POS Challenge?
Epson POS Challenge is an application challenge opened to both individuals and Epson POS Developer (EPD) partners in the ASEAN region.

Who can participate?
Any citizen or resident of the ASEAN region above the age of 18.

How many members are allowed in one team?
A maximum of two members are allowed. Participants can also choose to participate without any team member. 

How do I register?
Please click here to fill up the registration form.

How do I know if my registration was successful?
You will receive a team number by 6^th February 2018 via email.
If you have applied and did not receive a team number, please contact us via email at poschallenge@esp.epson.com.sg.

What platform does the application need to be on?
The application must work in at least one of the following platforms: iOS, Android, Web Browser, Windows 10 Mobile.

How do I submit in the Preliminary Round and Final Round?
For Preliminary Round, please send your document to poschallenge@esp.epson.com.sg via email with the email subject header: “Preliminary Round Submission: Team xxx”.
For Final Round, a submission link will be sent to your email for you to upload your files.

What are the submission requirements of the Preliminary Round and Final Round?
For Preliminary round, you are required to submit a document in one of these formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf, and the file size should not be more than 4 MB. Your submission should be based on the template that will be provided.
For Final Round, you are required to submit the following:
a.      Compile projects (html, apk, ipa and etc)
b.      Project folder including source code in zipped format (.zip, .rar)
For more details, please refer to these guidelines mentioned in the Stages.

Can I replace my first submission and resubmit?
If you receive any non-delivery notification after your submission, please re-submit.
However, if your first submission has been successfully received, the subsequent submissions will be invalid.

How will I be notified that I am selected for the Final Round?
If you are shortlisted for the Final Round, we will inform you directly via email or phone by 1st March 2018.
Is it compulsory to attend the Final Round Presentation and Prize Ceremony if I am selected for the Final Round?
Your team (at least one representative) has to attend the Presentation and Prize Ceremony if you are confirmed as a finalist.

Where and how do I get to the ceremony venue?
Accommodation and travel arrangements will be managed by the participants themselves.
The ceremony venue details will be provided to you when you are shortlisted for the Final Round.
