Epson Amazon Fire TV Stick Offer Terms and Conditions

 

  1. This offer is valid till 30th September 2019 only.
  2. This offer is applicable only for purchases of EH-TW5650, EH-TW6700 and EH-TW9400. These products are also available without this offer.
  3. The customer must provide the Original Invoice as proof, if necessary, at a later date when claiming the offer.
  4. The image of the Amazon Fire Stick shown is representative only. The actual image of the product may vary.
  5. Epson does not guarantee the performance of Amazon Fire Stick. Issues if any, has to be taken up with the manufacturer.
  6. The Amazon Fire Stick will be delivered directly to the addresses mentioned in the Invoice.
  7. Epson reserves the right to change the offer in case of non-availability of the Amazon Fire Stick or any other reason, without prior intimation.
  8. The offer is not transferable, exchanged, returned and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  9. Redemption process - Customer needs to send the invoice (softcopy or hardcopy) to Epson.   10. To be eligible, the Invoice should reach us on or before 31st October 2019.
  11. Epson is not responsible for any Invoice lost, damaged, lost in transit while sending the same to Epson Office.
  12. Epson reserves the right to amend the rules, by extending, canceling or discontinuing the offer or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.
  13. Decision of Epson will be final with respect to the entire offer process.
  14. Disputes if any are to be settled within the jurisdiction of Bangalore only.
  15. Epson is not responsible for payment of taxes, levies or charges if payable, which will have to be borne by the winners.
  16. Employees of Epson & its business associates or their relatives shall not be eligible for this offer.

  18. 4K output resolution is dependent on the native resolution of the projector.
